Surrendering a permit
If you are closing down a dry cleaning operation you must surrender your dry cleaning permit.
You must surrender your licence if you no longer run a dry cleaning business or have got rid of your dry cleaning machine.
Once surrendered, the permit cannot be transferred and the business should not continue operating without a new permit application being made.
To let us know you are surrendering your permit, please download and complete the form under 'Useful documents' below and email it to pollution@islington.gov.uk.
