Change in tenancy
If someone is moving out or into your property, let us know so we can update your council tax details and send a new bill.
If you own a property in Islington and a tenant is moving in or out, you must let us now so that we can send a new council tax bill to you or the new occupant.
What you will need
Before you fill in the form, you will need:
- date when the tenancy will start or end
- date when the tenant(s) will move in or out
- full name of the tenant(s) moving in or out
- your property's address
- other details about you
After you complete and submit the form, we will send a bill to the property's address by post.
