Tell us if your circumstances change

If you get the single person discount, you must cancel it if someone aged 18 or over starts living with you.

If we ask you to review your discount

We may contact you by letter or email to check that you still qualify for the discount.

If you receive a review letter or email, you must either cancel or continue your discount using the online form.

If your discount has ended because you did not respond to the review, you must apply again.
