How to buy and use visitor e-vouchers that let your visitors park near you.
Where you can park with visitor e-vouchers
Visitor e-vouchers let your family and friends park in your Controlled Parking Zone in:
- resident permit bays
- resident shared-use bays (permit or metered)
Find your Controlled Parking Zone.
With visitor e-vouchers, you can:
- buy parking for visitors immediately or up to 2 days in advance
- use visitor parking during match-day controls
- park without displaying a voucher in the vehicle
Visitor e-vouchers cannot be used:
- in short-stay parking bays
- for motorcycles – buy a non-resident motorcycle permit
Parking during match-day controls
If the parking session is during match-day control hours, you must make 2 separate e-voucher bookings.
- Book standard e-vouchers for usual parking restrictions before the match day controls start.
- Book match day control e-vouchers for the time during match day controls.
Buy the match day control e-vouchers before the controls begin to avoid a parking ticket.
Check where and when match-day controls apply.
Example
Your visitor needs to park until 7pm. Match day controls start at 6:30pm. You must:
- book standard e-vouchers up to 6:30pm
- book 30 minutes of match day parking for parking up to 7pm
Book the 30 minutes of match day control parking before 6:30pm.
