You can report a repair on WhatsApp or the automated phoneline 24/7 – day or night. You'll get a reply straight away from the AI agent. You don't have to wait for anyone to get back to you or to pick up the phone.
Repairs not covered
At the moment, you cannot use WhatsApp or the automated phoneline to report:
- emergency repairs
- repairs you are responsible for
- damp and mould – use the online form
