Paper voucher restrictions

Your visitors can use paper visitor vouchers to park in your zone only during normal parking restricted hours. We will send vouchers within five working days after you have paid for them.

There are restrictions on what you can do with your vouchers once you have bought them. You can't:

• get a refund on any paper visitor vouchers
• use paper vouchers for private parking areas or on any housing estates - read more about parking on housing estates
• buy all-day vouchers for zones HE, TW, U and Z because the restrictions do not last the whole day
• order more than £100 of vouchers unless you will be able to sign for the delivery or collect it from the post office. Any orders over £100 will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48-hour delivery and someone will need to sign for the package. If you won't be home or can't collect the package, order less than £100 of vouchers. You can visit the Royal Mail website for more information on the delivery service.

Paper vouchers during additional match day controls

Paper vouchers cannot be used during additional match day hours of control. Buy visitor e-vouchers instead.

• Check your parking zone on this map to see if additional match day controls will apply to your area on match days.
• Paper visitor vouchers can be used during normal Monday to Sunday hours when matches and big events are on, but not during additional match day controls - see when these hours start and end in your zone.
• Your visitors may get a parking ticket if they use paper visitor vouchers during additional match day hours.
